I have the same question It's uninstalled now completely and i did a scan with Malware Bytes and it found some malware and even removed it, machine is ok now, but only this Explorer. Perhaps run windows defender and see what it picks up or scan with a Mcafee utility like stinger to remove anything unwanted. Was this not a pirated version that has all these things attached as the original shouldnt cause this.
