Probably the worst dealer ever! If I could have given them less than one star I would. They were very polite, contacted me appropriately though I did mot process with the purchase.
Went down to look at truck.. Few things was wrong no heat a few other things. Say they would inspect it and call back never did. If he did like he said I still would have bought it with at least a thousand knocked off. They did return my call and that's a plus. But I found out it's an auction only on certain days just to see the vehicle and possibly get a good deal I have a difficult schedule.
The man was helpful to tell me how to go to a car auction but it was too far for me to be able to learn how to bid and get the car I was looking at. Dealer did not respond, but I was able to go the auction and a purchase the car I saw online. The auction was an amazing experience, great inventory I highly recommend going if your in need of a vehicle fast with low budget.
Transmission: Manual. Not trying to help you. Told me I need to pay down on a car that cost Alex at Commonwealth was very professional in the way he handled my purchase. He answered my questions and got me in and out in a short time. Dealer contacted me. The car I was interested in, after 2 weeks still has no pictures available for viewing. There is the stock photo only. No purchase for them. He was honest and open about financing this vehicle as well as suggesting how to ship it to me if purchased.
I was pre approved through Capitol One to purchase a vehicle, and i did not know that as a rule the vehicle must be 10 years or less old to be financed by them. My sights shifted towards a vehicle model not older than to be approved for financing.
